I'm Dr Meeta Kathoria, a self-development coach with over 20 years' experience in NHS management. I hold a PhD, professional coaching qualifications and NLP practitioner training. I have also created the Self-Leadership Framework to make the science of lasting change practical, personalised and accessible.

My passion is helping capable, caring people build the skills to thrive—not just cope.
